Terms & Conditions – CPC Advertising
1. Change of Keywords
The price agreed at the point of sale was based on the
initial key phrases, In the event of any keyword changes
to the account requested via you of a member of Cpc
Marketing Ltd this could result in to the agreed monthly
rising.
2, Previous Terms and Conditions
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and
Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the
provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail
unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
3. Notices
All notices / communications shall be given to us either
by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email
to cancellations@cpcmarketing.co.uk. Such notice will be
deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first
class post, the day of sending if the email is received
in full on a business day and on the next business day
if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
4. No Waiver
In the event that any party to these Terms and
Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy
contained herein, this shall not be construed as a
waiver of that right or remedy.
5 Termination of Agreement
(a) if before three months from the date of this
agreement CPC Marketing Ltd terminates the agreement by
reason of the customer's significant breach of this
agreement, the customer must immediately pay the charges
up to the anniversary date of the agreement in addition
to any other outstanding charges.
(b) If either party terminates this agreement for any
reason after three months from the date of this
agreement the customer must pay the charges outstanding
at the date of termination as well as the charges
outstanding up to the next anniversary.
(c) CPC Marketing Ltd are entitled to terminate
this agreement at any time after the initial 90 day
contract period, without any prior notice, by reason of
the customer’s account costing more than the agreed
monthly fee.
(d) After termination of the agreement CPC Marketing Ltd
will immediately stop providing the services.
(e) CPC Marketing Ltd’s Terms and Conditions supersede
any marketing proposals or introduction offers via
email, telephone and/any other communication.
(f) Termination of this agreement for any reason will
not affect any rights of either party before the
termination.
(g) CPC Marketing Ltd, hold the right to terminate any
campaign if the clients method of payment is not
received on the date that was agreed at the point of
sale.
(h1) CPC Marketing Ltd require the agreed 30 day
cancellation request sent to Cancellations Department,
CPC Marketing Ltd, Suites 8/9 Holker Bus Centre, Burnley
Road, Colne, Lancashire, BB8 8EG. No other form of
communication will be accepted.
(h2) The 30 days notice will take effect the day we
receive the notice, not the day stated on the email.
6. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between
you and CPC Marketing Ltd shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the Law of England and
Wales and CPC Marketing Ltd and you agree to submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and
Wales.
